    • Forced Labour
      Our company doesnĄ¯t engaged in or condone the unlawful employment or exploitation of children in the workplace or the use of forced labor. Sanding explicity prohibits the use of forced labor i.e., any work or service that a worker performs involuntarily, under threat of penalty.
    • Hours of Labour
      Our company adheres to Labor Law of China, which includes the policy on hours of Labor. Article 36, the state shall practice a working hour system under which laborers shall work for no more than eight hours a day and no more than 44 hours a week on the average. Article 38, the employing unit shall guarantee that its staff and workers have at least one day off in a week.
    • Equal Employment Opportunity/Non-discrimination
      (a) Remuneration which provides all workers, as a minimum, with:
      (1) fair wages and equal remuneration for work of equal value without distinction of any kind, in particular women being guaranteed conditions of work not inferior to those enjoyed by men, with equal pay for equal work;
      (2) A decent living for themselves and their families in accordance with the present ILO Covenant.

      (b) Safe and healthy working conditions

      (c) Equal opportunity for everyone to be promoted in his employment to an appropriate higher level, subject to no considerations other than those of seniority and competence.

    • Child Labour
      Special measures of protection and assistance should be taken on behalf of all children and young person without any discrimination for reasons of parentage or other conditions. Children and young persons should be protected from economic and exploitation.
    • Health and Safety
      Our company has the full social security system, which provides the staff comfortable working environment. The social security of the staff generally includes performance incentives, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, housing packing and annuity.
